Step 2 - Email an invitation to 10+ other moms & attach the Group Registration Form.

Step 3 - Collect the completed Group Registration Forms with payment.

Step 4 - Mail 1 envelope with all 10+ Group Registration Forms to Destination Science.

FYI

• All group questions should be directed to you, the Group Leader.
• Parents can mix or match schedules & locations, all found on our website.
• Give parents a deadline to return their registration to you.
• Confirm that each registration has payment attached.
• Mail envelope to: Destination Science, 953 N. Elm St, Orange, CA 92867.
• Once you have mailed your envelope your group is closed.
• Destination Science Staff will take over communication with individual families.
